30 July 2024The Management Plan of the UNESCO Site "Genoa, the New Streets and the Palazzi dei Rolli" 2020-2024 updates and replaces the previous instrument drawn up in 2006 in the context of the candidacy process for the UNESCO World Heritage List.
It was prepared in the period May 2018 - September 2019, and is the result of the integrated work of a multidisciplinary team. The aim of the plan is the definition of integrated strategic plans, through which the objectives and related actions are identified for the conservation and enhancement of the Site in the years 2020-2024, in order to increase the cultural impact of the Site on the social and economic context of the city of Genoa. The document is structured in two parts: one on the analysis of the state of affairs (Part I) and one on the 2020-24 management plan (Part II) and related action plans.
